Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was kind, courteous, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He responded quickly and found time to come out to my residence to investigate the issue within a moments notice. Air Fusion was my second opinion call as I had already reached out to another company, and Kevin quickly broke everything down that was causing my issue with my A/C unit and saved me $6000 that the other company was trying to get me to pay.
